Verification of signiture on E27
Practice for my venepunture pack was observed and verified by Doctor Matthew Kinsella who now no longer works for the Trust and has moved away from the area.
Doctor Andrew Sampson, who worked alongside Doctor Kinsella and was one of his line managers, can verify that the signiture provided is that of Doctor Kinsella
I can verify that the signiture on Alan's Venepunture pack is that of Doctor Matthew Kinsella.
